Pastor Chris Live Online: Electifying Moments in Divine Presence.
Henry Ukawilu.
LCC2 Auditorium.
Friday, May 8th, 2009.
There are meetings and there are encounters, each one differing from the other in Glory. The ambience of a meeting with Pastor Chris is absolutely electrifying, unique in style, content as well as delivery. Predictably, the reception by the Believers LoveWorld Nation is always ecstatic.
No one in that LCC2 auditorium, that glorious May 8th evening, could have guessed that the much anticipated Pastor Chris Online would be so loaded with power-packed worship, exaltation, words of knowledge and answers to questions, all within 2 hours. Of course every meeting with Pastor Chris is power packed, but the style and delivery was quite unexpected, yet impactful.
“You are beautiful!” Frank Edwards sang to the world in a most beatific and rousing welcome to expectant nations and hurting peoples seeking the exalted Saviour via the internet on this historic day. The man of God flanked on either side by his mighty men, Rev Tom Amenkhienan, Pastor Touyo Edun, Evangelist Eddy Owase and Rev Ray Okocha, began to answer questions from around the world. The men of God, quoting copiously from the scriptures did not mince words. The answers were vivid and lucid.
“God has not called us to criticism and condemnation”, Pastor Chris declared boldly, “Rather he’s called us to bless.” He said God has given each of us a job and we must set about the work rather than sit around trying to criticize or condemn one another. “What is your work?” he challenged the global audience.
In answer to questions on how to maintain a close relationship with the Holy Spirit, the man of God declared that God and His word are one, therefore a close relationship and attention to the word is the way to develop a strong relationship with His Spirit. He said further that prayer is invaluable in developing a personal relationship with God because prayer is communication with God- talking to Him and having Him talk back to you-and no relationship can be nurtured without communication. The result is a great demand on the Christian for a disciplined prayer life characterized by frequency and consistency.
Every word was Rhema. The words- like swords of the Spirit- cackled like bolts of electricity across the subdued audience of LCC 2. Faces lit up in smiles, heads nodded in acknowledgment as doubts were dissolved, questions answered and solutions received.
And just like in bible days when Jesus, went about teaching and healing, the question and answer session, loaded as it were with the Word of God had prepared the brethren’s mind for only one thing- the supernatural. The second Pastor Chris began to give the word of Knowledge, ably supported by his mighty men, healing and miracles were a natural consequence. Shouts of praise erupted sporadically around the auditorium as brethren received for whatever situation they had been challenged in.
As brethren danced and rejoiced on their way out of the auditorium at the end of the glorious encounter, Pastor Peter Aisida of LCC2 buoyed their faith with these words; “ this is a historic day for this ministry and for you as an individual. Promotion has begun in your life”!
The resounding amen was proof that it was a thrilling end to a mountain-top experience.
